Every one wants to work from home but many thinks its just hard to get concentrate on your work when you are at home. But Jennifer is not agree with such people and argue with them.

She thinks one need interaction among co-workers for better work and it could be possible in places other than office i.e. parks, cafes etc. But she did not provide any solution for getting better concentration on work from home. A designer could get inspiration but not able to design while sitting on the bench in a park with laptop or in cafe with bunch of unknown people.

Office is not a good place for getting inspiration but its best for work. Human needs spare time to spend with family or getting rest a bit which is not possible in the case of working from home (few people work a “lot” from home, others find themselves in the middle between work and other home stuff). When one is in office he know his responsibilities and dedicate his most of the time in the office to his work. Leaving the office for home mean there is a break in his work, he can get inspiration or enjoy his time with his family which is very hard in case of working from home. People who used to work from home usually dedicate one room for work purpose and dislikes if one disturb them which results in restless or boredom usually.

She is quite right about getting inspiration thing but for work… office is best place in my opinion.
